Sequel to "The Proposal". Alison was looking at deportation from the U.S. back to Canada. She owned her own editing company and was on the fast track to success. Emily Fields was fleeing Alaska to get away from an overbearing father and a broken heart. She landed in New York and began working for Alison. Alison proposed a deal of marriage so she could stay in the country and Emily could become Chief editor of her company. Alison wasn't counting on Emily having such a loving family. Unable to lie to them any longer she came clean and went back to Canada. Will her and Emily end up together? Or will they continue to deny they have feelings for each other?
