Chapter One

Hayley Mendel is troubled, in a constant battle that she'll never survive. When she gets into a fight at school, things look like they are about to go from bad, to worse. However, she is given one last chance in a new program called One-On-One, where she is assigned a special mentor meant to keep her in her place.

It's almost comical how fast Hayley falls for this teacher and how devastating it is when life gets in the way.
