CHAPTER ONE

My name is Jamie Bratt and I've lived in The Stern Home For Troubled Teens or what we call SHFT(Shift) for eleven years. I'm here not only because I'm a troubled teen myself but because Ms. Stacy, the owner of SHFT and her son Christian took me in when I ran away from home at a young age. I'm not the same as the other teens not only do I absolutely despise being touch by others but I seem to be developing abilities such as strength and agility stronger then any human should have. Other than that I'm just trying to live a normal life and get over my fear of being touched.
