Set up

Dakota White is a girl who has a special gift. She doesn't know it yet. All her life, her mother protected her, but she didn't know what from. Finally, when Dakota turns 16, not too long after, weird things start to occur. She discovers that she's not normal and she has a special power that attracts monsters. Will Dakota be able to reach her ultimate purpose in life by mastering her powers, or will she fail in an attempt to save the people she cares about most?
