Juliette, or Jewels, was born in 1474 and died in 1492. Now she is a Phaser in the 21st century. She has the ability now to Phase into a tiger at will. Jewels finds a new Phaser and takes on the task of watching out for him in his first years as a Phaser, when she has a dream that feels very real that changes her life forever.
