Carly and Hanna have been best friends for their WHOLE lives. They help each other with their problems and tell each other everything, no matter how bad.

Hanna starts noticing Spencer's, Hana's boyfriend, strange attitude towards her. Meanwhile, Carly starts getting depressed because of a secret she's keeping from Hanna.
