Tanner and his sister, Addison, know that having powers is fun. What they don't know is that their next door neighbors are hunting down and kidnapping people with powers. The best part about that is their next door neighbors, also happen to be their friend Jesper's parents...awesome. Matters only get more complicated when a secretive young girl appears at school.
