Normani Kordei is a dancer who attends A dance school in New York City. She is dating the hottest music producer, Zayn Malik. Her life seems perfect in New York, with her amazing, talented, friends. However, she just can't seem to shake off some of her old habits, traditions, and even beliefs that she was raised in her southern lifestyle. She's not used to the whole New York lifestyle even after a year of living there.
