Chapter 1|| Patient

Victoria never knew what she was capable of. Not until the world ended, yeah, you read that right. The dead roam the earth in abundance and the living crawl the earth in few. Isn't that backwards? Either way, Victoria always had to defend herself, from the living, and now the dead as well. Victoria is making it just fine and dandy in this new world [hint the sarcasm] until she meets a man named Rick. Only a few weeks into the apocalypse and she already has someone to look after. Pieces of her past crawl in, but she does whatever she can to force them out. She has to force them out.
