Prologue

Severing their mafia ties for good, newlywed Aurelio and Baetana flee to safety. But when Aurelio discovers that his father has been brutally beheaded, he abandons his wife and returns home to seek vendetta. He reluctantly fulfills his father's dying wish by accepting his role as the destined heir.

Disheartened, Baetana returns home after her husband's abandonment to learn that her father has been kidnapped. Taking charge of his criminal organization, she evolves into a ruthless Mafia Queen to capture her father's kidnapper---a rival Mafia King who was once her husband.
