Chapter 1: The Raven

When a small town girl named Rose is beaten by her mother, she wants to leave the town. But upon meeting a raven, that saves her from her mother's whip, she is decides to stay with the one who saved her. The raven is not what he seems though. He is different. How is he different? Will Rose ever find her way out of this awful place? And how will she accomplish doing so?
