I have been hunting with her since I was five. I am stubborn like her as well. My younger brother is almost the exact opposite of me. Blonde hair, with my mothers grey eyes. We never get along. We live in a house that used to be in the victors village. My life was routine and simple, until one day when there was a knock at the door. Years after the Hunger Games, Katniss and Peeta's eldest child, Violet, learns about her parents past when she meets a boy, the child of Gale and Johanna, named Isaac. The unlikely pair develops a strong connection and possible romance that threatens to rekindle old feelings between their own parents. As they learn about their parents past they begin to learn about whats in store for their own future. But just as everything seems to be going along smoothly a new threat to the nearly 30 year peace between districts arises.
