Chapter 1: Ripper

I knit my eyebrows. "You want me to change myself to fit media image and pretend to date some loser that I don't really know."

Bill shrugged. "Yeah, I guess that's pretty much what we're saying."

I scowled and sat back in my seat.

"Look, 'Ripper' is a growing name in the business," Anthony told me, "we need to uphold that image, and in doing so, you're going to have to change a little to keep your fanbase going."
