Prologue

Louis and Eleanor were the type of couple that everyone wanted to be like; they seemed to have everything. Louis would go out of his way to but little gifts for his loving girlfriend, and Eleanor was always showering him with affection. At least, she was in public.
And looking in from the outside, they should have seen. They really should have. But they didn't. No one ever did.
No one saw what Eleanor did, and Louis made sure not to tell.
