Katherine Richards has always lived a normal teenage life until her junior year comes and she is forced to move in with her mother's new husband. She is ambushed with news that her parents have gotten divorced and that her dad has left with the woman he was cheating on her mother with. Kat felt like a piece of her was taken with her dad, changing her completely.
