Preview of First Chapter

Everyone has ‘the worst day of their life’ at some point. Mine is worse than most people’s but I don’t let it show. Just looking at me you couldn’t tell I was raped, beaten, and left for dead. I am an aspiring doctor and that night was just a hump in the road. I was told me living was a miracle so now I live every day to its fullest. My rapist was never caught but I never thought much of it until my graduation day of college.
