Body Rock is about a Chicago-born dancer named Marissa Small.

Marissa has a hurtful past, which pushes her out of Chicago and into LA in hopes of leaving her past behind and pursuing her dreams of becoming a professional dancer.

As her goals are met, she unexpectedly falls in love with Justin.
