My name is Jessamine Lovelace. I was a ghost for over 200 years, but after saving the London Institute from a raid of demons sent by Sebastian Morgenstern, the angel Raziel granted me a position in Heaven as a Guardian Angel to watch over Shadowhunters.

He has sent me on a new mission to watch over the young Shadowhunters of the New York Institute, because something big is coming and they're going to need me now more than ever.
