Flew a Little Too Far

When a freakishly large, flying dinosaur seemingly threatens Konoha under the command of a flashy foreigner, how is that situation handled? It's not taken lightly, and of course, the foreigner isn't welcomed warmly. With scowls and blame thrown her way, Elvinia is trapped in Konoha under a debt to rebuild the destroyed buildings and her species' reputation. Why not just flee? It's not like she can't fight them off. But Elvinia sheathed her sword. She took an oath to avoid further bloodshed. But how can she do that when she's in a world full of nothing but fighting?
