After they got there mom back, they come back from a hunt. Sam and Mary leave the bunker. Leaving Cas and Dean at the bunker alone. Feeling fly around, then one thing leads to another and Castiel is pregnant. How will the hunter family deal with this? Can they hunt with pregnant Cas? How will heaven and hell deal with a Nephilim?
