Hugo,a young racing dog is amazed to find he has made it into the Dog Cup.Detirmined to beat the Black Loper,the current champion,Hugo trains harder and harder then ever.however,when Hugo has an accident and everything starts falling apart,Hugo knows only he can finish the race.
