When Rachel came back, she brought a new age with her. The age of the WereBeasts, or humans containing the spirits of animals inside them. Chloe had no clue that Rachel was back, until the war between the SkinHunters and the WereBeasts commenced. Victoria had done a wonderful job of keeping her hidden.
