Lillian Salvatore is the youngest descendant of the Salvatore family line. Her dad is Zac Salvatore. She didn't know anything about vampires or everything else in the supernatural world. That's why when Stafan and Damon come into town her dad sends her to live with his friend John Gilbert. When Lily doesn't hear from her dad in while she runs away and goes back to Mystic Falls to see him. She gets there only to met the Salvatore brothers and to be thrown into the supernatural world
