Chapter 1

Rose Darkwood is stuck in an orphanage. She is 14 years old, and treated like a nobody. Even the staff shoves her aside. Longing for a friend, she turns towards YouTube for enjoyment.

Nathan Smith, aka NateWantsToBattle, notices something one of his fans sends him on YouTube. He decides to get to know the fan, since they said he was the only reason they even smiled.

What happens when these two meet and Nate adopts Rose?
