Chapter 1

"Naseem get your lazy butt up and go do something with your life!" My mother yelled from her bedroom.

I was sitting on the couch watching TV when my mother said that or should I say yelled.

I love my mother even though she doesn't return the feelings. I know she blames me for my fathers disappearance. I know she cries herself to sleep every night. She prays to Allah for him to come back and see that she loves him.
