This might be a really cliche description: Eight years ago, Maka awoke to an empty apartment. Now, as a twenty-four year old woman, she is trying to cope with the abandonment of her one and only partner. She's constantly running away from her past, but when she comes into an unlikely offspring of a very likely couple, her universe shifts. However...there's always that one question burning in the back of her mind: Will I see Soul again? DISCLAIMER: I do not own Soul Eater (manga, or anime).
