The sky is a brilliant blue with wispy clouds, buildings in pristine conditions, no troubles at all; so she thinks. The world all changes one day when the city generator malfunctions. Doran smith is working for an agency called the clandestine, a mysterious organization that knows the truth about the city and will protect it at whatever cost. All Doran wanted to do was expose the truth; he didn't expect Claire to get caught in the crossfire. When Claire meets Doran there is an immediate spark between them. They both go to extraordinary efforts to expose the clandestine. As they work together they become close friends that they hope could become something more.
