When Connlin comes out of the closet he doesn't expect to find love so easily. His best friend Thomas has a twin, named Eli, and they quickly find themselves lost in their feelings. Eli and Connlin become lovers, but just as they begin to discover what they can be together, Eli is diagnosed with Leukemia. Connlin vows to give him the best life he possibly can at every opportunity, even if it kills him.
