We ended off with Allie returning but nearly 3 years of survival the earth explodes because the aliens try to defeat you once and for all with a chemical nuke, out of the wreckage 3 new planets were created. The Aliens are all dead and the parts of earth are no where to be found by any advanced weaponry or radars so The Elders think they are completely safe.
