It was called Project Charm. For a company so adept at creating perfect villains, you'd think they would've seen it coming. With no challenges in the way of any whim, the world fell apart. Project Charm became Project Chaos. Now, Disneyland, CA finds itself home to people who were either searching for a solution or a safe place.
