Author's Note

Marflen, the great city ruled by mages and sorceresses alike, destroyed in a war against black magic. Tris Merrowind, a magistrate in Marflen is framed by the Eternal Flame and sentenced to imprisonment, followed by death. Together with other magistrates, Tris forms an inquisition against the Eternal Flame, determined to restore peace among the land, and drive out the radicalized group.
