Sniffles can't wait to get out of his school, everywhere he looked his fellow classmates were completely going against school rules, and whenever sniffles tried to enforce these rules onto them, all he got back was bitter anguish of a Fist between the eyes. When a green haired hyperactive boy enters the school, sniffles thinks this boy is the same...but could be be different?
