A Million Burning Lights

The battle was swift, the destruction mutual. James was trying to create a better world, and now his hopes were crushed. Floating alone in an escape pod among the debris of his dreams, James searches for an escape and a reason–an escape from death, and a reason for the betrayal of his fleet.

"A Million Burning Lights" is a short story of survival in space in the aftermath of mankind's greatest mission.
