Description
Demeter was born nothing. The daughter of concubine, it was expected she would be the same, regardless of her wants. She would never marry, never come into her own money, and her only prospects lay in her own beauty and potential to pass that beauty on to her daughters. However, when a childhood friend comes into a position of power, he returns to court demanding to have Demeter for himself.
