I've kept track of our family records, the way how my parents, grandparents, cousins and distant relatives start their family by having an arranged marriage. It's amazing how perfect their life is. Not a single person in our family history record married someone of their own choice. It's always been due to arranged marriage. "I heard that your younger cousin got in a political marriage" one of my classmate sat down on the chair "It's on the news" I shrugged. Of course it is. My younger cousin likes to brag. "When are you going to get engaged? They seem to let you off the hook" "What do you mean by that?" I glared at him wishing that I could poke a hole in his head. "You see, almost every younger generation in your family be it from your distant relatives to their niece and so on were already in a political marriage. Oh, and the grand daughter of your aunt's sister-in-law was already in a political marriage since she was three" he look at me knowingly and it really pisses me off. "Of course, It's not easy to find a suitable candidate to be my fiancée. My parents were probably looking for someone who's suitable enough for me after all, I'm too perfect. I'll just wait another week or month and very soon I'll be engaged too" I stated arrogantly. I always knew that I'll be going through the same path on my marriage as my parents and the rest of our family did. I knew it even if they don't tell me about their plans. Or so I thought.
