Author's Note

Pearl Burnt, a farm girl who is all alone. Her Papa keeps her locked away as if she is some disease and only lets close family see, if even that. When her Momma leaves she can't help but wonder why or what she did wrong. She then decides to take a stand and meets a whole new world; guys, real friends, and of course living. Can she make it through until the end? Or will she break?
