Casey Sampson moves to London since her dad got a job offer there. Casey is a shy and lonely girl who absolutely love to take pictures but where she lived she couldn't take the pictures she liked. She moves in and find a out she has 2 extremely weird neighbors. Oh well. She one day meets Will at school and finds out he's one of her weird neighbors.
