Mari Emiko is an Akatsuki member, found by Itachi at the age of six when everyone she knew died. He took her into the Akatsuki and trained her himself. To Itachi, Mari is his little sister, and Itachi is Mari's big brother, but when Pein sends her out on an Akatsuki mission to capture the Nine-tails, she comes forth with Itachi's little brother, Sasuke. She has to force herself to not fall in love with that emo freak, but no wonder he has so many fan girls. Curse those onyx eyes and that raven-black hair...
