I watched as my family was brutally murdered. Somehow I escaped into the deep familiar forest. At the time I would have told you that it was luck, but now? I will tell you that it was not luck at all. It was the worst punishment that God gave me, because now I'm the last Rogue in America still standing. Rogues were already a rare sight of wolves, but there were at least five-hundred of us. Over the last three years slowly but surely we were dropping in numbers. I remember when there were only twenty of my kind left. To say I was frightened would be an understatement. I couldn't sleep, eat, or even shift into my silver wolf.
