Hello, My Name Is....

This is my story. This is how I found the skin that I could be comfortable in. This is how I went from being a shy, quiet "push over" desiring perfection to a more confident, outgoing woman who kept her heart but grew some courage to be herself in a world that that kept trying to change her. This is a story about finding what works and what doesn't. Most of all this is my story of how it is possible to be Fat, Healthy and Happy.
