Maya is one of those shy girls that hide under their hipster glasses and don't really talk to people. She has a supposedly 'dead' twin brother that died from cancer. His name is Adam. Maya is a child without a father, he was supposedly 'murdered' when she and her brother were three and a half. Then a year later her brother 'died'. She's now in high school and is being bullied by a group of boys that like to go by the name 'Team Crafted'. And Adam's supposedly dead mother is living in a house with Maya. They lied to their children saying that their twin was dead. Now both of their children go to the same High School.
