The sequel to Eyes of White 2! Penelope is MIA and Persephone's life is carrying on without her sister, much to Penelope's dismay. Persephone even manages to get herself a boyfriend! So Penelope does a lot of scouting, with slight help from The Evil, and she finds the next weak ward.
