The lighthouse

beep beep beep beep
the alarms go off in my dream.
beep beep beep beep
I'm running and running and running.
i try and try and try and yet
WHY CAN'T I WAKE UP FROM THIS DREAM!?

i move and i lean
i thrash and i plead
to try to get out of this bad bad bad dream.
but as soon as i creep back into my bed
I'll have to face reality again and again.
the monsters are real
and once they are close,
the alarms go off.
poof.
im toast.

now i haunt
all who are breathing.
making them relize the pain I'm reliving.

once the light leaves
once the night screams
beep beep beep beep
the alarm goes off in their dreams.
