The dare was harmless. All Reyna had to do was stay one full night alone in the abandoned asylum frequented by teens for years. Seems simple right? Hell no. >>>>>>>>>> They were so sure of themselves, causing me to believe them as well. The way these bodiless whispers spoke to me caused me to defy all logic and succumb to their incessancy. The whispers grew louder until they were nothing more than a pounding bass, numbing my mind. A piercing shriek ripped through noise; mine. My body was numb but I still managed to feel the whoosh of air as it tore through my body. I screamed and screamed until the panic shattered giving me a moment of clarity. I am real.
