Melanie didn't want to see the white stick with two pink lines instead of one. In fact, she actually sat in her room and prayed last night that she'd only see one. Melanie doesn't even want to think now about how Hunter might react to that. Knowing Hunter, quarterback of the football team, otherwise known as Mr. Popular, he probably wasn't going to take that news very well. Melanie thinks the night before on how she even got a chance with him, after all, everyone thought she was going to be the valedictorian, so what was the real reason Hunter talked to her that one day after school?
