Alli is heart broken over her past love and tries to find acceptance in being alone.
But only recently her mom was diagnosed with cancer and things are stressful at home.
With her mom doing treatments, and her heart only just healing, she struggles with a confusing note she gets from Jake, a boy she used to, and may still, love.
Soccer being the only thing that ties her to reality, she plays almost everyday trying to distract herself from her troubles.
Constantly pushing herself, will she find something that can calm her ever stressful mind, or will she go through high school a complete mess.
