Kaneki returns to Anteiku to find Touka a shaking mess, and the two reunite once again. However, Kaneki chooses to keep his identity as the CCG's new terror-- the SS-rated Centipede.

This has consequences on the whole crew and the friends around him are put into immediate danger. Countless attacks are being planned to seek the hiding ghoul organization that seems to be Anteiku. Is Kaneki the source of this, or is there something more dangerous at bay?
