Darkness

Derrick and i had been a couple since sixth grade, but our sophomore year, derrick "dies." I've always felt guilty about his death, how I couldn't move my eyes just glued to his body, how he kept telling me to run but my mind wouldn't let it go. Then Jesse told me about his love for me, and his friendship with Derrick. Not pushing Jesse and I into a relationship we start to bond but maybe I still have a feeling Derrick got away and is still alive, and that i shouldn't start a relationship with Jesse.
