Prologue

Claire was raised for one purpose; To hunt supernatural creatures but her father keeps her locked up at the hunter's HQ. One day Claire decides to stray from the hunters and go solo but when she meets Ian and old enemies starts to appear, she realises she is in over her head "You belong to me Claire and you know it" Slade growled, making the sound rumbling through the halls. "I don't belong to anyone!" I yelled at him before raising the gun at him. My hands were shaking and my heart was racing in my chest. "You wouldn't" He purred lowly, closing in on me with predatory moves. Worst part was that I knew he was right...
