Scarlett is part of the "HELP" project.The "HELP" project is where a group of people go to orphanages, old folks home,etc.This time Scarlett is assigned to a prison in Canada.An unlikely similar face she finds guess who Justin bieber.This time he has got anger issues not that he is temperamental but he does it in order to hide his feelings.Scarlett is finding it really annoying that he intrudes her sessions and decides to talk to him.Never knowing it would go farther but unfortunately it did and now she is in for a whole lot of trouble from fights to murder to kidnappings.But they both didn't want to leave each other although both are unaware of the feelings they have for each other.
